The process

  • You have a great idea for a poster, ad for your business, flyer for an event or you just saw something cool and you want something similar for your business?

    Feel free to reach out with your vision, send me your ideas and references, photos & any other relevant information and I will make sure to let you know what are options are for working together!

    All your requests will be read and answered in a short time!

  • It’s time to get to know each other before we get to work. We get on a call, chat, email or whatever is comfortable and we find out what your real goals are.

    We want the best results for your business so we will find out all your wants and needs and turn them into deliverable assets.

    Then we will define all the constraints like time, budget and other ones specific to you and use them to find the best option.

  • Next, I prepare for you a personalized offer based on your needs.

    I send you one or more options with:

    • Delivery times & deadlines

    • Deliverables

    • Number of revisions

    • Complete price of the design

    Each package has options for extra revisions and extentions so you can always ask them if you think it’s necessary.

  • After we’ve aggreed on an offer, the fun part begins.

    I start with a problem definition and research, I gather inspiration, I sketch out and test a few options.

    I select the best ones and send them to you for your comment. This is very important for the process so we know that we are headed in the right direction, right from the start. Here, we can also discuss other possible options and design limitations, before moving on.

    After your feedback on those early sketches, I make sure to incorporate your comments into the work and I continue with the first draft of the design.

  • Based on your comments from our feedback session, I prepare a complete, ready-to-use design.

    I send a preview to you for approval. If you are happy with how everything looks and feels - great! Our collaboration has been very successful and our goals have been met! We continue with the Handoff where I send you all the files in all the required formats and sizes.

    However, it’s sometimes possible that not everything is to your liking, maybe a color doesn’t sit right with you or you would like to change a text or two. No problem!

    We move on to our first revision of your design! You send me all your detailed feedback about the design that you have received and I make sure to go above and beyond to encorporate all your wishes and exceed your expectations.

    I then send you a preview of the second version for approval and we keep going with your remaining revisions until you are happy with the results.

  • Once you are happy with how your design is looking, it’s time to take a breather. You did it! All your valuable feedback and insights have helped us reach your design goals in no time!

    I finalize all your files, making sure it’s all looking great and up to standard. I package it all nicely and send it all to you to enjoy and use!
